Refund policy
We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us through the "Contact" link on our website. Be sure to keep the original packaging materials in case we need them for a return.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your product, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date your shipping status changes to delivered to request a return or exchange. To begin the process, simply fill out the form on the "Contact" link on our website. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your purchase was delivered.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
Shipping Charges cannot be refunded. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. It is recommended to use a tracking number for returning all products. A shipping label can be provided for a fee if requested. A shipping label can be requested through the "Contact" link.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival and report any defects, damage, or incorrect items to us within 48 hours of delivery in order to help stay within the 14 day window. Once we receive your request and review it we will send an email so you can provide photos and any additional details of the issue when reporting. Damaged products must be reported before they are used. Used products cannot be returned.
Exceptions to Returns
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to improper packaging during return shipping
- Items that have been burned, altered, or damaged by the customer.
